The hotel is well located in a lively and bustling district, with shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms are spacious and offer good ventilation, with windows that provide ample natural light. the reception staff is polite and helpful in arranging tours and transfers.
The cleanliness standards are appalling, with stained sheets and dirty bathrooms.

We had a decent stay in this hotel last weekend. One thing we really liked was the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service. The location was great as it was situated on a main road, making it easy to navigate public transportation. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms, which we appreciated.
There were some negative aspects to our experience. The lack of an in-house restaurant was a big downside.

We spent our Easter holidays at a hotel that promised great amenities and services at affordable prices. the hotel's location was quite convenient as there were many nearby shops and restaurants for us to try out. the room we were given was quite clean, and the hotel staff was prompt in providing fresh towels and linens when we requested them.
Our experience was mainly marred by the hotel's poor customer service. the hotel receptionists seemed disinterested in assisting us when we needed something, and the few times they did, they were rather rude.
